Systems Sales Manager
Chris began his professional career as the assistant to the textbook manager at Ithaca College, where he also attended school. There he learned about the intricacies of the textbook industry; new and used books, interacting with faculty, publishers and textbook wholesalers. After leaving Ithaca College in 1993, he joined MBS Textbook Exchange. Chris worked for several years in the wholesale division, growing textbook sales to his customers and prospecting for new buyback opportunities to bring used books back to MBS. In 1998, Chris joined the Systems Division at MBS as a systems sales consultant, for the East Coast. His responsibilities include working with current MBS Systems customers, educating them on new products and services, along with upgrade planning and consulting on technology. Chris also works with prospective customers; evaluating their technology needs and putting together solutions from MBS to help them meet and exceed their goals. Chris is based out of Charlotte, North Carolina.
